Useless ISP

Worst provider i have ever dealt with.. since day one i have only had issues with them.

With in 4months they have upgraded my line from a 50mbps to a 100mbps and now to a 200mbps without contacting me they just take my money started at R800 and now i am on R1250. If you try to phone it take hours to get through to them after almost 4 days of sending email and logging queries i finally got hold of them where i change my line back to 50mbps over the phone the guy told me it is R799 so i said yes change it now it is change to a 50 but i was still billed R1250.

Been trying to get hold of them for 2hours now only way to get hold of them is if i say i am a new customer then thay answer immediately but as soon as i ask to speak to management or billing they say hold the line and then it just goes dead..

This is a useless isp stay away from then there customer supportis terrible!!! i have requested a cancelation 2 months ago and i still have no answer or feedback from them.
