Useless Internet provider

Iam so disappointed. I should have never moved to MWeb. It has been 2 weeks now that my internet is off due to connection problems from the server side. Imagine your account being paid 3 months in advance and still being without internet, due to problems on your server side. For 2 weeks I have been calling and emailing but not a single person has been sent to my house to identify the problem. Worst service ever. I can't do my work because I have no internet and I have to buy data and pay for my internet while having no service??? So poor, so disappointed won't recommend them to anyone. Useless
