Useless inefficient communication channels

If I could give a -1 review it wouldn't be enough to cover the nightmare of dealing with this company. Spent entire working day trying to resolve issue, hours holding on the phone, private messaging their FB page, posting on their FB page to no avail. What the hell has happened to a once fantastic company??!!
