Useless *********** MWEB "techies" and poor service delivery

Your service is soft-locked due to using the LTE SIM away from its intended location. Called 3 diff "TECHIES" to get it unlocked, all 3 diff ways to resolve one issue, 1st techie- it will take 2 hours to reinstate, nothing. 2nd techie- unable to and need to apply for a new package, 3rd- it will take an hour, 40hours later, R255 airtime gone, 2 days of business gone and still nothing. Most useless *********** staff EVER.
