So useless. Why did you disconnect my account? the debit order ran on 4 Nov and then today you suspend my account. I cant even get hold of an of your call centre agents and that live chat is useless nobody ever responds. Re-instate my account (***2), my business's website is now offline and my clients are asking me what is happening.
