Useless fiber connection through Mweb

We struggled for over a week with Vumatel to install the fiber only to be told that the rooter that is also necessary will only be delivered in 7 days. The rooter was delivered after we kicked up a fuss and it has now taken us 8 hours to STILL battle to get laptops, printers and cell phones connected. We are reverting back to ASDL due to mweb's USELESS service. We've spent the entire day talking to consultants who are unable to assist us. The few seconds that we did manage to be connected, we found it as slow as a snail. DO NOT SWITCH TO FIBER WITH MWEB!!!
