USeless Call Centre and shocking service delivery

Useless service I bought a device on 05 Aug delivered on 28 Aug No service Does not work Sat for 2 hours on the phone on 2 separate days When they finally picked up, the lady answered and put the phone down. What a useless service. Please use someone else.
