Useless as always
I would give them a 0 star if i could. I am a tenant in a new propery the owner moved out and has cancelled the line but mweb has not release it as yet after two weeks i even have a refence from that call i was on the line for more then an hour then the line dropped and i have not spoken to anybody Vodacom can not get access to the line if mweb does not release it like can they not do there job.

Being unable to proceed with another provider because the line hasn’t been released adds unnecessary inconvenience. From the account side, the line release is linked to the previous account holder’s cancellation. For this reason, the account holder will need to follow up to ensure the release is completed from their side.
