Useless After Sales

I made payment on the 1st of July for my Fibre installation uncapped was given a turnaround time of 5 days still to date they have not come through to install, their contact number we wait for minutes until the phone disconnects itself their email is even worse. Laid a complaint with ICASA but does not seem to get any joy with these people, their after-sales is just useless even regret cancelling the other contract atleast I could get hold of them. Can someone cancel my damn line so that we can use people that need our business
