Useless

Been an MWEB subscriber when we still used 56k modems. However, at present, they are absolutely useless. Trying to get a fibre line for over 5 weeks. Utterly and comprehensively useless. The call centre is also designed to send you from unit to unit with no direct responsibility of anyone.
