Useless

Just took occupancy of a new unit in a complex where the previous occupants used Mweb as their ISP. I was initially going to use Mweb as my ISP however the previous occupants had numerous issues during the process of relocating their ISP account due to Mwebs poor customer service. I have since app**** at a new ISP however Mweb is holding the fibre line hostage and not releasing it to the new ISP. This is extremely frustrating as working from home has resulted in me sending hundreds of rands on data because our fibre has still not been set up. Mweb are useless and Vumatel should stop using them as an ISP immediately
