Useless

I think Mweb's business model of calling clients back is useless. You cannot speak to anyone unless you leave your contact details & even if you do so, no one calls you back. I've been waiting for my fibre to be set up since 11/11/2019 & haven't received any feedback or update. My fibre router was supposed to be delivered & that also hasn't arrived. I've called & left my details numerous times & still haven't received a call.

MWEB, WHEN YOU GET THIS, CANCEL EVERYTHING COZ THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!
