Usage graph has disappeared from my product page.

After logging into my account, I cannot see the usage graph. Its gone. I opened a query 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be contacted by a technical specialist today but no one contacted me. I phoned technical support and they can't see any issue and have setup another call from a specialist in 9 days! I have attached screenshots of the issue to the query ticket but no response!
