Usage Display Graphs not working

Good Day, I have an issue with my online account since May 2022. The usage graphs are not displaying. I have created 4 different queries since then and all of them have been closed with no feedback and the issue has not been fixed! These queries have been escalated to technical specialists but they just close the queries and don't fix anything. MWB***6, MWB***3, MWB***9, MWB***1 and MWB***3. This is a joke!

I will be escalating to consumer complaints if not resolved promptly.
