URGENT REFUND

I have logged a refund end of August with no direct feedback have been calling and calling, Another agent mentioned Vuma and Vuma says they vae nothing to do with refunds-- Payfast has not sent me any email.

Pathetic service i tell u, Mweb can i have my refund please. I did not your internet , pay my money back
