Upset customer

I am very upset with Mweb thought they really a good company for me to move in with. I paid on Friday the R400 and they told me the installation will be done Monday and on Monday the guys came to install but did half job and told me the other people will come finish the job and no one has came as they said Tuesday they will come and imagine my Samrt TV works with wifi now I can't access anything cause no one came I am very upset
