Unwilling to be innovative to retain Business

I have been a loyal Mweb member for over 10 years now and recently contacted their Sales Team to review my Fibre subscription in view of the fact I can get a better rate at a rival company. The consultant was not prepared to consider matching the price I could get elsewhere which is quite sad when we are all looking for the best deals possible while still trying to be loyal. Unfortunately Mweb is now going to lose yet another subscriber as they are unwilling to be innovative in trying to hold on to their existing subscribers
