UNSTABLE LINE AND BAD SERVICE

Mweb line is not stable, it keeps on synchronizing/dropping constantly. I had a 2mbps line and everything was working fine. 2 Months ago I changed to a 10mbps line and it was extremely slow, but unfortunately, I had to change back to a 2mbps line and since then I had problem after problem with this line. Contacting Mweb is a waste of time and money. When I do log a query, I usually/sometimes get a reply 4-5 days afterward. Their services have gone from BAD to EXTREMELY PATHETIC.
