Unstable connection

I am frustrated as your customer. I have been using mweb for more than 3 years and suddenly the connection is unstable.

I can't reach out to you guys telephonically because the line is busy, the last time which is last week I called in and I was caller number 60. What is going on with your internet connection and why do I have to All of a sudden call in regularly?

Chat support is always busy, I can't speak to anyone. This whole thing is affecting my work. Please resolve whatever issue there is.
