Unspeakable servive from Vumatel and Mweb

Between Mweb and and Vumatel, the service has been unspeakable. I've been cut off from my fibre since sat, and getting no help. I've been having the same ongoing problem this last few months, where my connection just cuts off. I'd then have to spend my airtime and a very long time waiting on the phone to get someone to fix it. They don't even communicate with their customers, which means i'd have to keep calling to know if there is an update.
