Unsolicited mail cannot be stopped

I subscibe for e mail as [Email Removed] (Mweb).I traveled to Canada 5th July for one month. I opened my Inbox and was inundated with unsolicited mail (SPAM) 50 to 100 mails per day. I complained to Mweb on numerous occasions from Canada only to be told \we will deal with it"or \""escalate it\"" you should see a difference. Suffice to say nothing changed. On my return yesterday"
