Unsolicited Harassment

The Mweb sales team obviously doesn't realise that the POPI Act applies to their activities. Since 28 September I've received countless calls (sometimes twice a day) from their *** number looking for a "Johnathan" - I've explained numerous times that I'm NOT Johnathan and that I at no point requested them to contact me. With each call I request that my number be removed from their contact list, yet the calls continue! This is a contravention of the POPI Act and Consumer Protection act relating to direct, unsolicited, telephonic marketing!

PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!

I have no interest in any of your products and since you can not market your products ethically and resort to unsolicited cold calling, seemingly looking for some fictional "Johnathan," I will never use any Mweb services or products!
