Unsatisfied with network!

So we got a contract with mweb 20mb uncapped lte telkom wifi with a router, I've logged a call before complaining about my network the download speed of 0.11 - 4.67mbp and upload speed of 2.43 fluctuating so now I get told that my coverage is bad after the agent confirmed we have full lte coverage where I stay and 3 devices will be ae to connect, I get problems with 1 device being connected, they logged the fault but I haven't received any feedback I called again today and now the person is telling me that I have bad coverage and I need to upgrade but WHERE is the assistance in them not assisting to send us an MTN uncapped sim and test the connection and we could see which one would be better. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied because we just not getting anywhere and here I am paying R620 for a product that was promised will deliver and it's not.
