Unsatisfied service/ NO FEEDBACK

I WANT MY MONEY PAY BACK MY R249 PLEASE AND CANCEL OR DELETE MY NAME FROM YOUR SYSTEM. I joined MWEB (Vumatel) on the 26th of May 2025 and paid the subscription fee and I was told the WIFI will be installed within 7days, instead of installation I received a username and password.

I received an order number and when I followed up on the order number it says my address doesn't exist on their database.

They must create the address.

When I called in, I asked if they do FTTB and she said no, but if I do it on MY name and not the business they can do it.

WELL, SEEMS TO ME THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME.
