Unsatisfied customer

I have no internet connection since yesterday morning. I've been struggling to get through since then. Been on the phone with them, and struggling to understand the person helping me and with the result my airtime ran out. They advertise how easy it is to be helped but that is not true. They have a chatline and also they keep one waiting for any response. Mwebs service is appalling.
