Unsatisfactory service and ****************

I signed up with Mweb who sent Clear Access for assessment and installation, the technicians advised i put the router upstairs and to date i still cant stream the tv down stairs. When i called Mweb they said its not their problem and when i called Clear access they told me about the strong concrete and that i have to pay around R4000 to have another router down yet its their technician that recommended i put router upstairs. After a number of calls between the two service providers i got tired as no one wanted to take the blame and now im still paying Mweb for a service that i cant even use because upstairs we sleep and dont use much of fiber and my kids cant watch tv
