Unsatisfactory service

I have a fibre line contract with Mweb and I pay R589 pm. We are frequently experiencing outages and when I call the customer services, they always say that it's a problem with Linklayer. We are not reimbursed for the days and times the service is down. This is a total *******. Whereas other areas the service is better and a whole lot cheaper. I would definitely not recommend Mweb to anyone wanting to get fibre connection.
