Unsatisfactory MWEB service

I had a very unprofessional response and service from the live chat. Sameera Adams and Nobuhle Ntshanga were very unhelpful. I was kept waiting for a long time then kicked off the chat allegedly for non response. No etiquette or willingness to assist. I am out of internet and currently unable to access the live chat.
