Unsatisfactory customer

Mweb provides us with a pathetic service. When I call Mweb about their service they claim it is because of their service provider Linklayer. I am not contacted to Linklayer but to Mweb. Their fibre service is frequently down and I am tired of their excuses for the service that I am paying for. Can't wait for my contact to end with Mweb.
