It is not possible to contact mweb. Whether by phone or WhatsApp, there is no response. For an item that cannot be done the the app, eventually you have no choice but to give up.

14 Jan 2025, 14:11I have tried again to contact Mbweb. Sales are not allowed to assist with a downgrade. The customer services do not pick up the phone and it is impossible to contact them. The option on the app of R959 changes to R1129 as soon as I try to check out, so the App is not working. It is also not possible to get hold of them on the chat. The way that they are preventing customers to make some changes are *********. I am very disappointed in Mweb. They are no longer an ethical business.
