Unresolved service

Poor service- with absolutely no understanding of client needs. Staff do not listen and update their records and there is no resolution to complaints. I have been trying to apply for an additional product and have spoken to over 5 people in various departments and no one can get the job done. I cant understand how Openserve can work with MWEB. I am waiting on a router. There is also no senior individuals that I can speak to. MWEB seems to be a bad joke.
