unresolved query
My adsl line has been up and down for about 2 months. When it is working I get less than 1mb. On Thursday I was advised that Telkom is only supplying me 2mb and not 4mb as I was told a few years back. I had to downgrade to a 2mb line but because my usage is high I had to take the premium package. I'm now paying more for less and I'm still only getting 0.7mb at best. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP
