Unresolved MWEB installation and refund

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from MWEB. As a student, I paid for their WiFi installation for school purposes, but it's been over 5 working days with no setup or communication. Despite my attempts to contact them through their app, calls, and emails, I've been ignored. To make matters worse, they sent a message saying they'd install after I'd already requested a refund. I'm struggling to keep up with my school work without internet and I'm using my last funds to buy data. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue.
