Unresolved Faulty installation outstanding since February 2020 absolutely no assistance from Mweb

I have had an outstanding query with MWeb regarding a faulty installation, My query was first logged in February, I have received ZERO assistance since then, I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, I received a call three weeks ago after posting on their Facebook page, I was promised assistance but have heard nothing since then, this is beyond frustrating especially since my ability to work is dependant on a stable internet connection.
