Unrequested upgrade to maintain subscriptions

My internet speed was upgraded in 2021 on my account without my request. paying the same rates as before. I did not get the increased spped or a router to utilise the increased speed.

Several caal centre calls later and I am getting to answer as to the upgrade and not receiving the discounted rate at my package I was originally on.
