Unreliable service from MWEB - a company that used to be decent!

If I could give MWEB a ZERO star rating, I would. They have dropped from being a reliable and reputable internet company to a useless one with a whole bunch of headless chickens as their staff members. They so do not care that not even a supervisor or manager can be reached.

If anyone is considering joining them, please think twice and thrice. The only option on their phone number that works is the sales team - to sign you up and then forget about customer service and after sales service.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF JOINING THEM!
