Unrealiable Service

MWeb don't have customer service!!!!

No one gets back to you

Network stability isn't good

I end up using my mobile data most of the time instead of uncapped Fibre!!!!

I logged queries via the App but it's a waste of my time

I don't recommend MWeb

At this time: 12:30, 16th Feb 2023, all lights are green on the Fibre router but can't connect my TV as it keeps popping up the error "WiFi Not Connected"
