Unreachable Mweb

Mweb cannot be reached on the telephone, they advise everyone to download their App, the App gives an error when you use self service then their live chat is operated by non existent agents who are never available, they take forever to respond then end up disconnecting the chat. At this point I just want to cancel my service and look for another provider.
