Unreachable customer service centre

Unable to reach customer support via phone or live chat when technical support is required.

I've been on a call for more than an hour just waiting in a queue. I was number 8.

I tried the live chat option. Again. Noone ever responds.

This makes me wonder how many people work in your contact service centre meant to assist so many customers in the country.

I would like to terminate the service since it's not working well. Seems the only way to do this is to cancel paying!
