Unreachable

The whole week my network was bad , it is my first time expierence this problem with them. I could not reach them for 2 days . On Thursday i spent r60 airtime on them there automated answering is not functional you cant reach anybody. When i had one min remaining a guy in technical department answer me i gave him my id but they dont call back. I can postively say you dont have customer care .i didnt know you are like this , you show a dont care attitude. I rate your service 1 out of 10. Do me a favour try and call your self you will see what i am talking about.
