Unprofessionalism

Mweb is becoming the most horrible company to communicate with. The lack of interest they are presenting currently shows that they are either *********** or not interested in their clients. My order for fibre was placed in November last year and every time I phone it's the same story which is they are waiting for octotel. The last time they contacted me was in January after I contacted them several times and now these has been no communication at all. If they were really interested in their clients, they would try their utmost to accommodate them or provide them with proper professional services.
