Unprofessional service from Sales agents

Mweb does not answer their phones. I have spent over 400rand on airtime in the span of trying to call them over 2 days and if I get a hold of someone finally there either put me on hold unnecessarily until my airtime runs out. Or they hang up on me. I am not a rude person so there's no reason to be so rude to me. So please understand it's not the whole mweb team it's just the SALES department which acts so unprofessional.
