Unprofessional sales

I m very happy with mweb and socked with how great Tey r unlike telkom I have a uncapped adsl. With you guys and I'm happy. One ting that just gets me done is I was on your website I did see something I want so I wanted to apply for something else as well a Unprofessional sales guy calls me. Back saying that he's gonna help me I tell him abit the product I want and he say. He can't find it he is gonna phone me back the next day he never phones me back a lady phones me back and she ask him to phone me back and I ask him why didn't phone me back and he is like he did bt I didn't pick up and I'm sure he never did phone me. Cz I wil have seen it on my phone as a missed call and ten he stll can't help me he say yet ang he's gonna phone me back in 5 mins and up to this day he never did phone me back I tink you guys need to get bettter ppl to work for us in sales cz this is just ****. If he didn't want to help me he can just say so. And not make up **** story's and siff you guys can get the Recordings and yer. Wat he says this is the olny ting that is. Bohering me cz to tell the truth it don't look like he knows he's job you guys should really get bettter ppl to work for u.
