Unprofessional bad service

Even 1 star it is not worth it, since from Friday I been struggling with their KYC Rica link, called their call centre tried sending emails or chatting on their what's app line nothing, I have never seen such bad service since COVID. Mweb is the worst, I placed an order since last week Thursday.
