******** increase of tarrifs.

I joined mweb Oct 2019 within my first year with them I had 3 increases. And had a total of about 5 to 6 increases in less than 2 years. I called in just to be told there is nothing I can do because my contact stated they can increase, which I complained about. Everytime they increase they send an email stating its Vumatell. I called Vumatell and they advise they only laid the lines and has nothing to do with any increase, that is all mweb doing. I stared off with R579 and every increase accumulated to me having to pay R689 from April 1st 2021. Two of the increases was R50. According TO MWEB, Vumatell canceled the package 10/2 and I have to go on the 10/10 packages, because vumatell is getting to much uploads. Now, that has nothing to do with me. Again vumatell told me it's not them it's mweb Plus my debit order is on the 27th and I only saw today that they never took the payment on the debit date but tried to deduct money from me on the 5th of March 2021, without any communication. I tried to call the billing department and apparently they don't work on a Saturday. Mweb broke their contact with me when they increase and deducted money out of my account within my 1st year. Everytime they increase their packages and blame vumatell. Any advise on how to take this further?
