Unhelpful

Trying to cancel an incorrect order placed yesterday but unable to speak to anyone helpful on any platform! My husband placed an incorrect order online yesterday and he cannot cancel it. According to the CPA we have a grace period but cannot get anyone to cancel, cannot even cancel online with our Mweb account!! Order No X***
