Unhappy...Non customer!!!!

This is the email I sent...shocking service... Don't use these *******!!!!

I am not sure how you think this is right.. that I have to pay for a canceled contract....I have all the recorded messages details..where I had to follow up daily since Feb 7th...no communication...then when I cancelled the contract 24Feb had to wait for a line to be released..one month,....I should be suing you for the incompetence!!! No one has ever called me back.. still today..no apologies..nothing.and it's been Escalated to a manager more than once.....managers or any Vumatel installation guy and yet I have to pay.... I have had no positive assistance Regarding this matter and now you want to blacklist me....I still don't have internet and cancelled due to no service..I mean really..how long does it really take to set up an installation.... I will pay my non installation fees and no service....and....I will make sure that Mweb is Not a reliable source for a service provider 😡.. service is shocking and they take money for non service.. ******* they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
