Unhappy with Mweb Vumatel

I have a contract with Vumatel via mweb every month I have been paying the R579 subscription and using my internet... This month my subscription went out as per normal however it has been cut today the 18 August 2023 and have been told I need to pay a additional R388... What is this fee for now? I have been with them +- 2years and I am very uphappy with this service now My ID number is *** Please can yourll assist
