Unhappy with Mweb internet speed.

I have a 1gb fibre line with Mweb but only get speed of 200mb. I am very unhappy as I have been paying for this 1gb line for a long time now. Everytime I phone their help desk they let me do a bunch of tests but it does not increase my speed. I thought that for all the money I am spending that they would send somebody out to me to come and do their tests here at my premise. No such luck!! I can not even stream Netflix or Disney plus on my smart tv as it lags a lot.
