Unhappy with Mweb and Vumatel

I have been Mweb client for years, my wi fi was disconnected, now all is paid they telling me about installation from vumatel, which will be done on the 26…I already have the fibre installed what installation is it now…you can’t get hold of both service providers on their landlines…I have been disconnected for days now…their online chats are no working as well…who should now assist me?
